JWB USA is the fully owned subsidiary of TUNING Fluid Solutions Sarl, based in Rognac, France. Industrial valves specialist since 1996, TUNING Fluid solutions started, as soon as 2007, designing, developing and manufacturing its own range of ball valves and pneumatics actuators. From the very start, TUNING Fluid Solutions, and JWB USA have grown with the ambition of becoming your preferred partner and supplier of manual and automated valves. Today, we supply our products to more than 40 countries around the globe. The wide acceptance of our products is a testimony to our ability to understand and efficiently respond to the requirements and needs of the industry around the world.

I. Technical support :

Our deep knowledge of the specific needs and requirements of the chemical, petroleum, pulp and paper, and water treatement industries at the international level, allows us to suggest technical solutions perfectly suited to your specific needs.

II. Manufacturing & build to order :

All our automated valves are built to order. Each and every automated valve is fully tested upon assembly and is adjusted if needed before shipment. We can also automate your in-site valves after appropriate study by our technical department.

III. Inventory & Distribution :

We keep ready for delivery more than 7000 valves in different materials and configurations, representing more than 3 millon US$ stock at your service. We are operating a Distribution center that allows :

- Same day delivery for finished products for all orders received before 10 AM
- 48 hours delivery time for manufactured items

Our product range

Our range of industrial valves is designed and produced following the strictest quality procedures and in accordance to the latest directives and certifications. Our quality insurance departments develops and designs our products, controls the manufacturing process and deals with after sales quality issues.

Our company and products are certified CE, DESP97/23/CE, ATEX 94/9/EC, API 607 5th Ed., RoHs ans TA-LUFT.

We are suppling :

1. A full range of ball valves with threaded, flanged or to be welded end connections. We can supply both ANSI 150/300/600 and 900 or PN16/20/25/40/50 series valves.

2. A full range of pneumatic and electric actuators, as well as automation ans regulation accessories.

3. A full range of threaded, ISO and NAMUR solenoid valves and limit switch boxes according to VDI/VDE 3845.
