Condiciones de ventas
1. GENERAL :
A. Written quotations are valid for a period of thirty days after date of quotation, unless cancelled by JWB USA, in writing, prior to acceptance by the purchaser. Verbal quotations are subject to acceptance within 24 hours, unless within that period, they are confirmed in writing by JWB USA.
Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction.
2. PRICES :
List prices and discount schedules of all JWB USA products are subject to change without notice. All orders released for immediate shipment will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is received at JWB USA's Distribution Center in Cumming, Georgia. Any order whose delivery is delayed per the customer's request in excess of ninety days (90) will be invoiced at the published prices and discounts effective at shipment time or at the price agreed upon at time of order acceptance by JWB USA.
First time orders are to be paid at time of order. For subsequent orders standard terms are NET 30 on all invoices (subject to review by our financial department).
3. CHANGE ORDERS OR CANCELLATION :
Orders received and accepted by JWB USA may not to be changed or cancelled except on terms satisfactory to JWB USA and which prevent JWB USA from incurring any loss. Changes or cancellations of products considered non-standard or special will not be accepted without full reimbursement of all related expenses incurred to date. All cancellations and change orders must be made in writing to and approved by JWB USA, subject to appropriate charges to Purchaser.
4. SHIPPING TERMS :
All shipment are EXW Cumming, GA
Title passes to buyer upon pick up of the goods at JWB USA distribution center location. Supplier bears all risk of loss or damage to the goods as soon as the goods have been picked up.
All goods are to be packed for shipment in standard cardboard boxes. Special packaging is available upon request and additionnal charges.
5. MINIMUM BILLING :
Minimum billing for any order will be $30
6. RETURNS :
All request for return must be made in writing within 8 days after receipt of goods. No materials may be returned to the factory without written permission being given by and authorized individual at JWB USA's office in Cumming, GA. A copy of JWB USA's RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) must be attached to the returned material. Material Safety Data Sheets must accompany returns on products that were in the service.
7. LIMITED WARRANTY :
Our goods are covered by a 12 month limited warranty (starting from the date of expedition from JWB USA Distribution Center) against material or construction defect. This warranty is applicable only if the goods have been used following the usage rules for which they have been designed. Our limited warranty does not apply to repairs or replacements that would result from a normal usage wear, or from a lack of maintenance or supervision, or from an installation, assembly or abnormal use. In case of coverage by our limited warranty, the repaired or replaced items will be shipped freight at our charge. We will not liable for further prejudice or compensation resulting from the use of our goods.
8. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION :
The order and the relations between the parties shall be governed by the procedural and substantive laws of the state of Georgia.
